Lovely moon

What is it about the moon that induces a yearning restless feeling in me? Is it some throwback to my distant evolutionary past? Did it once tell me something as it waxed and waned? Perhaps, the moon is simply almost unbearablyΒ lovely….

So lovely, it hurts to look sometimes.

  1. Aww that owl πŸ™‚ Jen are you a cancerarIan or another water sign by any chance ? They also say the moon affects women because ‘she’ represents the feminine …see told you in my last blog I read up on all sorts of things πŸ˜‰ I am cancer born in July and find the moon very drawing. There I waffled enough πŸ˜‰ x

  2. I love the moon. And that story, The Kite Runner, breaks my heart just thinking about it. (Have you read his other one: A Thousand Splendid Suns?)

  3. Hey, I love your ideas and work, some really fresh art!! I was wondering if you’d be interested in writing a guest blog for my page?! πŸ™‚ I’d love your perspectives and thoughts about upcycling and unusual art! πŸ™‚ Let me know πŸ™‚ Rachel/forestslark

    • Rachel I’ve never done a guest post before, I feel a bit excited and a bit nervous about the idea! Let me have a think and I’ll get back to you soon. You’ve made me feel very special πŸ™‚

      • Yay! I’m really excited you’re happy to do it! πŸ˜€ I’ll look forward to your ideas – you do great work, glad you feel special! πŸ™‚

  4. I love your owl, I’m glad that wasn’t available when I bought my winter owls I might have had a harder time choosing which one. I still get so many compliments on my owl. Btw, I’m a Capricorn as well.

      • I don’t know, rides are one thing, but I do love heights. I love standing on the top of a mountain looking down or into the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I just need to know I have a good guard rail or something that will prevent me from falling, but the view is fantastic from up high.
